Below are a bunch of meditation videos which are about an hour long. Usually planned with positive affirmations, guided meditations and then a silent meditation. Videos are the same price as others, buy and have access always or rent for 24 hours access.
Meditation Monday - Windmill and flowers - 14 September 2020
This sessions is planned as the normal ones are with positive affirmations to start, a guided meditation where we are bringing ourselves to a field of flowers and viewing them from above on a windmill and finally the silent meditation section.
Meditation Monday - Snow Globes - 05 October 2020
We start with our positive affirmations, then work on a breathing exercise called Nadi Sodhana to balance out the two halves of our body. Then we move in to a guided meditation where we use the concept of snow globes to replace negative thoughts with positive today. Finally we end with our usual silent meditation practice
Meditation Monday - Abundant Fruit - 24 August 2020
Starting the session with positive affirmations then moving in to a guided meditation that uses the concept of an abundance of fruit to focus on our senses, then moving in to our silent meditation to end.
Meditation Monday - Surrounded by life - 31 August 2020
Similarly structured to normal with positive affirmations followed by a guided meditation and then a silent meditation to end. The guided meditation focuses on noticing small life signs all around us, even as we may feel isolated and then noticing how our bodies have multiple activities happening at the same time.
Meditation Mondays - Flowing with the River - 03 August 2020
We start with positive affirmations and the guided meditation today is about letting go, flowing downstream in a river to avoid obstacles by softening. Then we end with a silent meditation as usual.
Meditation Mondays - 22 June 2020
Starting with our positive affirmations, then working with a guided meditation today that focuses on creating a beach atmosphere and ending with another guided meditation focusing on releasing thoughts symbolised by birds flying away.
Meditation Mondays - 29 June 2020
We start with positive affirmations and then move in to the silent meditation before the guided meditation area this session. The guided meditation looks to reduce some areas of tension in the body through a clearing out of it.

Breakdown of class is similar to usual, positive affirmations, guided meditation with a focus on using a mental scanner to identify parts of the body and encourage tension release and finally the silent meditation.

Breakdown of class is similar to usual, positive affirmations, guided meditation with a focus on climbing a mountain but starting in nature which encourages the senses to engage and finally the silent meditation.
