A slow, strong and vibrant flow that encourages you to use the metaphor of being like water. Fluid, strong, supple, calm at times and rushing and aggressive. A vinyasa flow focused on bringing all these characteristics together.

A juicy side body mandala flow that anatomically looks to strengthen and lengthen the sides of our body but at the same time bringing our attention and awareness to how light and soft our breath can be as we move.
Vinyasa - Mandala - Strength and Resilience - 23 Jan 2021
A strong slow and juicy practice that moves us briefly around the mat but focusing on strength in our centre and grounding and emphasising the feelings of strength and resilience.
Vinyasa - Mandala hips and core - 22 September 2020
A mandala themed class where we rotate around our mat. Focused anatomically on hips and core work but with the aim of releasing and letting go of tension in to the hips while also building strength and bringing us back to our centre.
Vinyasa - Juicy Backbends - 07 September 2020
A strong and juicy flow that focuses on backbends and moving through the spine. This flow will be a good one if you feel the need to move more into both the back body and opening up across the front of the body.
Vinyasa - Twisted balance - 02 September 2020
Looking at a flow that is centered around cross lateral movement that encourages a balance across the two halves of our body as well as the balance between masculine and feminine energies in our bodies.
Vinyasa - Mandala - Heart and Legs - 10 August 2020
A slow and strong flow that combines work into both the legs and the upper chest and heart space. This flow is a mandala style flow which encourages us to turn to face the back of the mat as well as to the front.
Vinyasa - Resistance and Resilience - 03 Aug 2020
A slightly stronger and different focus for this practice than usual, trying to see the point when resistance tries to force us to back away or move on to something different. This practice is as much a matter of introspection as we will be starting with some strong abs work.
Vinyasa - Upper Chest and Shoulders - 30 July 2020
A slow but strong flow that encourages both flexibility and strength in to the shoulders and upper chest. We start with some juicy abs and glutes work but our focus here is on the upper spine.
Vinyasa - Gentle Flow Full Body - 26 July 2020
A full body much slower paced class. Still working with a flow concept but taking it to spaces where the body can move in a more mobility and stretch focused way rather than strength. Perfect for beginners as well as those that want to take it a little bit easier.
Vinyasa - Mandala/Budokon - Legs - 27 July 2020
A lovely, slightly stronger flow that brings together three different styles of yoga. Vinyasa, tying the movement to the breath, Mandala where we move around the mat and finally Budokon which introduces martial arts and fuses it with yoga. Focus is entirely on the legs and how to play with them and strengthen them while also stretching them.
Vinyasa - Side Bending - 28 July 2020
A lovely flow that encourages you to work on lengthening down the side body on both sides. A bit of play with rotating to the side of your mat and back again but opening up as much space along both sides as possible.
Vinyasa - Mandala Upper chest - 23 July 2020
A playful and circular vinyasa practice which takes you from the front to the back of the mat and back again. This session is all focused on opening the upper chest and gaining a little bit more space in the front body for the breath.
Gentle Flow - Full Body - 25 July 2020
A lovely slow paced class that focuses more on the feeling of stretch to help the body recover from the stronger classes. We will work with lots of different areas to give this class a more generalised feel.
Vinyasa - Gentle Flow - Shoulders and micro movements - 16 May 2020
A flow focused on the smaller movements in the body to get in to the deeper supporting muscles. Working in smaller and slower ways but perhaps a slightly tougher flow.
Vinyasa - Leg Muscles, no hands - 17 May 2020
A fun and playful flow that might seem a bit stronger but encourages us to focus on using the muscles designed for certain movements without using the hands as an assist. Specifically trying to play with the legs moving without the hands helping.
Vinyasa - Upper back and chest - 09 May 2020
A flow with a focus on all of the upper part of the torso. Creating space, length while also working strength and flexibility. The space traditionally focused on helping us to breath deeper, bigger breaths.
Vinyasa - Abs and Legs - 30 April 2020
A lovely flow focused on movements that tie your breath to the movements but with a focus on working in to the abdominal area and the legs. Working between both strength and flexibility to allow these two spaces to feel worked but also more spacious.
Vinyasa - Gentle spinal rolls - 02 May 2020
A slower paced class where we work more in to the fluidity of the spine and lovely circular movements of the arms. Working in to a way that we can open more space and stretch these space. Great class for beginners and those experienced yogis who want something a bit different.
Vinyasa - Shoulders and Glutes - 23 April 2020
A vinyasa flow tying movement to breath with a strong focus on moving in to the shoulders and glutes. A space for you to explore how the shoulders and glutes feel and how to play with movements focused around those spaces.
