All the classes have a focus and a description, simply search the page for the part of the body that you want to work, the type of flow (strong or gentle), whether you're a beginner or not. There's a class for everyone! Simply buy one to have access forever or rent one to gain access for 24 hours. New classes will be added weekly so you'll always have something fresh to try out.
