The fourth in the Back to Basics series, this session focuses on the sidebends of they body. Working with traditional alignment as well as ways to adapt and modify these postures means this session is great for beginners starting their yoga journey but also great for those who are experienced yogis and want to deepen their knowledge.

In this session I break down some of the more commonly used poses in a traditional sun salutation and talk you through some alignment cues as well as ways to adapt and modify where needed.
